After a quarter century of serving South Florida, Weston Title and Escrow, Inc. Announces New Boca Raton Title Company

Weston Title & Escrow is pleased to announce that it is expanding its title and escrow services to Boca Raton through a new division called Boca Title & Escrow. Boca Title & Escrow will provide the same high-quality concierge level services that has allowed Weston Title to flourish. For the past 25 years, Weston Title has served as an escrow agent and provided real estate closing and title insurance services to builders, homeowners, Realtors, lenders, developers and investors throughout Florida. During this time, Weston Title has closed more than $2 billion in Florida real estate transactions.

Boca Raton Title Company

“We thought that after 25 years it makes sense to open another office in Boca Raton where we believe there is a synergistic relationship with our existing clientele. Some of our clients either have moved to Palm Beach County or, in the alternative, have family or professional relationships in the West Palm Beach area. Thus, we thought it was natural that we would finally spread our wings and open a division of Weston Title in Boca Raton,” stated Roy Oppenheim, attorney and co-founder of Weston Title and Escrow.

Boca Title Services

Weston Title’s move to open a (Boca Raton title company) division in Boca Raton, FL through Boca Title & Escrow is also the result of the fact that so many New Yorkers are moving from the New York metropolitan area to Palm Beach County. Both Roy Oppenheim and Ellen Pilelsky are themselves New York natives, as well as members of the New York Bar. Ms. Pilelsky added “this was an additional reason and it just made perfect sense to open our first branch office in Boca.”

United States Title Insurance Requests

As a licensed title insurance agent in the state of New York, as well as his affiliation with First American Title, Mr. Oppenheim also provides title insurance services for his clients throughout the U.S.

Boca Title & Escrow will serve its clients with the same team of multilingual professionals who have over 150 years of collective real estate knowledge and experience. The new offices for Boca Title & Escrow will be located at 7777 Glades Road, Suite 100, Boca Raton, FL 33434 and can be reached via e-mail at info@bocatitleandescrow.com with a phone number of 561-264-5290.
