How much is a knee replacement lawsuit worth? Can you sue for bad knee replacement? Can I sue for a failed knee replacement? Does kneeling damage knee replacement? Find out!

FULL TRANSCRIPT: Hi, Attorney Roy Oppenheim here. I know a number of you, in fact, as many as 150,000 of you have had ankle and knee replacements over the past several years. And unfortunately, there's a particular model of knee and ankle replacements that have been defective. They are manufactured by a company called Exactech. They are marketed under the names of Optetrak, Truliant, and Vantage knee replacements. And what has happened is those specific knee and ankle replacements are exposed, unfortunately, to oxygen in their transport and they're supposed to be in a medically-sealed wrapping very specialized. But that wrapping was defective, and it allowed oxygen to protrude into the device. And so, when that device was placed in your ankle or on your knee, it degraded much quicker than it was supposed to.

And so, folks who've had these placed in their bodies may have suffered all kinds of pain, suffering, inability to place weight or, you know, enough pressure on your leg. In some cases, people had them removed, and then the removal has caused other injuries. And so, we're here to basically help you get compensated for your pain and suffering and losses that you suffered with these improper ankle and knee replacements. So, if you have any questions or if we can assist you, Roy
