Gordon L. Gerson is managing principal of Gerson Law Firm APC, a Southern California law firm of 13 lawyers with a nationwide practice representing institutional and noninstitutional lenders in commercial real estate lending and loan disposition. He has experience in all matters related to commercial real estate and real estate finance, with a particular emphasis on the origination, workout, and enforcement of portfolio and securitized mortgage loans. He is nationally recognized for expertise in the area of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily lending. He is a fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
