The Best Lawyers in Portugal™ Awards

Best Lawyers® is proud to announce the 14th edition of The Best Lawyers in Portugal™. The 2024 edition of these esteemed awards include 984 individual honorees in 54 distinct practice areas.

Among the individual awards for Best Lawyers, we are also proud to recognize 50 “Lawyer of the Year” honorees for 2024. “Lawyer of the Year” awards are bestowed to lawyers who have received the highest average of votes in their particular practice area and metropolitan area.

Of the unique practice areas in which lawyers were awarded in Portugal, these are the top ten with the most honorees: Litigation, Corporate Law, Tax Law, Labor and Employment Law, Mergers and Acquisitions Law, Banking and Finance Law, Real Estate Law, Public Law, Arbitration and Mediation and Insolvency and Reorganization Law.
