The 2021 Texas Best Lawyers publication includes Texas' top-ranked legal talent as well as the inaugural appearance of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in print.

In this issue, we feature two-time personal injury "Lawyer of the Year" Daniel J.T. Sciano on the uniqueness and successes of his 40th year as one of San Antonio's top litigators. Despite the challenges presented in 2020 by COVID-19, Daniel Sciano and the lawyers at Tinsman & Sciano, Inc. proudly continued their mission of securing justice and maximum compensation for Texans injured due to the neglect of others.

This issue also features cover stories and articles about:

  • Joseph F. Brophy and his firm, Brophy & Devaney Law's commitment to excellence
  • Trial icon Dan Cogdell and his renowned criminal defense practice's move to Jones Walker LLP
  • Legendary Texas trial attorney Frank Branson's success through technology and new skills with vast courtroom experience
  • Dallas trail attorneys Michael Lyons and Christopher Simmons on finding motivation in the pursuit of justice

Our Texas Best Lawyers, Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and "Lawyer of the Year" listings, along with a commentary from Rachel Shrewsbury on the two election security bills moving through the Texas house and Senate, round out our 2021 Texas Best Lawyers issue.
