BodnarMilone’s practice is devoted to working closely with its clients to resolve these issues, preferably through negotiated settlement or the collaborative methodology, if possible; however, where that is not possible, the firm vigorously litigates.

BodnarMilone attorneys have each limited their practice to matrimonial and family law. Many of the firm’s attorneys have attained various professional distinctions, such as being designated by their peers as Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers. In addition, several are Fellows of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and have served, or now serve, as either officers or members of the Board of Managers of its New York Chapter, and are past Chairs of the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section and/or the Westchester County Bar Association Family Law Section.
