Our U.S. lawyers have worked on every major U.S. bilateral, regional and multilateral negotiation since the GATT Tokyo Round, as well as all major U.S. trade legislation since the Trade Act of 1974. Our Canadian lawyers have served as advisors in the Trade Law Bureau of the Department of Global Affairs Canada, and have litigated a variety of WTO, NAFTA (now USMCA), and other trade disputes.
