Since then Ken’s advocacy & counsel has continued especially in transportation law; dispute resolution in injury, commercial and shipping cases; and railway regulatory & rights of way issues. Has addressed aboriginal law issues & claims, surrender & treaty rights & consultation issues (in relation to both railway and non-railway operations and lands). Assisted clients with employment disputes, labour injunctions, inquests, or grievance dispute resolution.
