- TRUCKING COLLISION – PARTIAL PARALYSIS: A wife and daughter asked for our representation for their husband and father who was in a collision with a water hauler tanker truck in Panola County that left him partially paralyzed. Our investigation showed the truck driver lied on his application, and that the trucking company was aware of the traffic dangers associated with their entrance.
- TRUCK COLLISION – CLIENT 1- SPINE INJURY, SPLEEN LACERATION, BRAIN INJURY, CLIENT 2 -FOREARM FRACTURE, BRAIN INJURY: We represented the driver and the passenger of a car that was hit by an 18-wheeler.
- SAILBOAT ACCIDENT – ELECTRICAL SHOCK: We represented an engineer who was seriously injured by an electrical shock after a sailboat mast touched a live wire that was hanging over a cove. Our investigation showed that the electric company violated height regulations pertaining to power lines.
- MANUFACTURER DEFECT – FATALITY: The family of a man who was killed in a defective crane accident at a construction site asked for our help. We found that the crane had a defect that the manufacturer knew about but never corrected.
