At Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath, we strive to provide our clients with the utmost compassion and superior legal representation. Our attorneys have more than four hundred and fifty years of combined legal experience. Throughout the firm’s history, our attorneys have earned respect among the community and their peers for their contributions to the legal community. One of our attorneys served as President of the Florida Bar. Two of our attorneys have served as President of the Florida Justice Association. Ten of our attorneys are Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyers. Five of our attorneys have been recognized in the prestigious publication, The Best Lawyers in America. Thirteen of our lawyers have achieved an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell, meaning they have reached the “height of professional excellence” and have “the highest levels of skill and integrity.” Eight of our attorneys have experience as former defense attorneys and understand strategies used against consumers.

In addition to our phenomenal team of attorneys, we also have a support staff of more than 70 employees, including four registered nursing consultants, a former Deputy Chief of Police and four paralegals formerly employed as insurance adjusters. Our staff is equipped with a comprehensive research library and the latest technology to investigate cases, preserve evidence, research similar cases and stay up-to-date on the latest court decisions and changes to the law. We also have our own evidence and inspection facility to preserve important evidence.
