Ogletree Deakins, the best in employment law

Ogletree Deakins was created in France in 2017 by lawyers from prestigious French and Anglo-Saxon law firms in Paris who wanted to combine the best skills in French employment law and provide excellent advice in a firm dedicated exclusively to the practice of employment law in France, as well as in Europe and America.

Since then, Ogletree Deakins has continued to grow and has become a major player in the employment law practice of French companies and large groups. The firm was awarded the Trophée d'Or 2023 for employment restructuring at the Sommet du Droit and was on the podium of the Palmarès du Droit in 2023 and 2024 as one of the top three French law firms specializing in collective and individual labor relations.

A cohesive and unique team

The French employment law firm, which is experiencing steady growth, is made up of a close-knit team of 40 lawyers and professionals, united by strong values. Collective culture is part of Ogletree's DNA.

The firm's most important value, client satisfaction, is demonstrated by the commitment of Ogletree's lawyers and staff to the quality of their work and the relationships they build with clients every day. Each case, for each client, is approached in a unique way by assembling a dedicated and customized team that brings together the firm's knowledge and diverse areas of expertise necessary to provide the best solutions to complex issues.

Proximity and reactivity everywhere in France

With offices in Paris, Nantes and Lyon, the firm has expanded into Nouvelle Aquitaine with the opening of a new office in Bordeaux in 2023. Ogletree Deakins is reaffirming its local presence in order to be as close as possible to its clients and to assist them throughout France and overseas in advising on and handling complex labor disputes, strategic and high value-added cases, alongside private and public sector employers.

A recognized quality of service

Ogletree Deakins' French lawyers share the same commitment to excellence and quality as the historic firm, which was founded in 1977 and is a recognized global leader in employment law for employers, with more than 950 lawyers in North America, Mexico and Europe (France, Germany and the United Kingdom).
