Tinsman & Sciano, Inc.
4 The Best Lawyers in America® awards
Founded in 1970, Tinsman & Sciano, Inc. is a San Antonio-based law firm with a dedicated group of highly skilled attorneys and legal support professionals. We represent clients in Texas and, for certain types of cases, from across the United States as well. Tinsman & Sciano is not a high-volume operation/settlement factory. We believe clients deserve our individual attention, that they should be kept informed and involved in their cases, and that they should be able to obtain answers and information when they requested. Although our firm has grown throughout the decades, our core principles have not changed.
In our practice of law, we advise and represent clients in a wide range of civil matters and litigation, including personal injury cases resulting in severe injury or death involving 18-wheeler litigation, automobile and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, burn injuries, oil rig and construction injuries, stove tip-over claims, as well as other b injuries from unsafe premises or defective products. We also represent clients in the areas of oil and gas royalties or working interest disputes, commercial disputes, trusts and estates litigation, and will contests.
Our attorneys have tried a large number of cases in state and federal court and have obtained numerous multimillion dollar settlements and judgments for our clients. With our strong support staff, we have served people throughout South Texas and the San Antonio area for more than fifty years.
In most cases, our firm provides legal representation to our clients on a contingency fee basis, which means our clients pay no attorney's fee unless we win or settle their case and that we advance court costs and litigation expenses and are reimbursed for such expenses at the end of the case, provided that you obtain a recover. if that is not true for your case, we will tell you up front.
