Woodruff is the Principal and Managing Attorney. Her numerous qualifications include a Duke Law Degree, CPA Certification, and Business Valuation Certification. During her more than 25 years of law practice, she has assembled a staff of highly qualified North Carolina attorneys, accountants, North Carolina Bar Certified Paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure that your unique situation receives the most competent and creative guidance available.
