Aileen Thomas is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group and a member of the firm’s board of directors. Aileen is a highly experienced finance attorney with a focus on tax advantaged financing transactions. Aileen regularly serves as bond and underwriter’s counsel for a variety of public finance clients and is actively involved in New Markets Tax Credit transactions and Historic Tax Credit transactions on a national basis. Aileen also enjoys teaching and has served for many years as an adjunct professor at Mississippi College School of Law teaching Secured Transactions and Contract Drafting to second- and third-year law school students.
