Professor of international taxation and tax treaties, in the master of tax law program, Universidad Panamericana Mexico, Santa Fe and Aguascalientes campuses. Professor of international tax law, in the master of taxation program, and also tax law of the undergraduate syllabus, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Mexico and Universidad Anáhuac.

Frequent speaker on taxation in different forums both in Mexico and abroad, including the International Fiscal Association, US-Mexico Bar Association, Procopio Tax Institute, the Mexican Bar Association, and the Association of Mexican Public Accountants, among others.

More than 28 years of professional experience on tax matters. General tax consulting, offering a full range of tax advisory services, including: international taxation, tax audits, litigation and dispute resolution, tax compliance, tax planning and strategy, direct and indirect taxes, personal tax advice, and transfer pricing.

Prior to joining BRC, worked for the Federal Tax Prosecution Agency (Procuraduría Fiscal de la Federación) and Probursa International, Inc., a New York brokerage firm.
