“I’ve appreciated your clear and well-reasoned advice throughout this process, as well as your strategic efforts to get us to a reasonable outcome. Thanks so much for the support!” – Mamie Voight

His goal is to help clients effectively manage risk while balancing business realities in a rapidly evolving legal landscape.

“Merry [Campbell] and Alex [Castelli] …stepped in and went above and beyond by being supportive and compassionate. I don’t imagine people often resolve legal matters and want to speak any more about their lawyers, but I have time and time again mentioned to friends and family what luck I had to find this team.” – Tessa Carelli

Alex represents businesses in federal and state courts and agencies throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia in matters involving employee misconduct, including discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation, wage and hour claims, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants and breach of contract.

He also delivers comprehensive workshops and training sessions to business owners, executives and employees to promote a positive culture in the workplace and ensure everyone is knowledgeable about acceptable workplace conduct.

A native of Montgomery County, Alex served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Jeannie J. Hong of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. Alex graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was the Articles Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review and competed on the National Moot Court Team.
