Prior to joining the firm, Allyson was an Appellate Law Clerk at the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal. There, she worked on appeals in a wide variety of legal topics and gained a unique perspective of all types of cases including construction defects, construction contracts, building code violations, and insurance claims. At KerraneStorz, Allyson assists in protecting homeowners and homeowner associations biggest investment by bringing claims against developers and builders for the construction defects they have caused.
Allyson graduated from the University of Tampa Honors Program with a degree in Communications. After graduation, she attended the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in her hometown of Orlando, Florida. During law school, Allyson was the Editor-in-Chief of the Barry Law Review and was a judicial extern at the Florida Supreme Court. Allyson also worked for two summers as a law clerk at a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm. Although Allyson’s experience is in many areas of law, her passion and drive to help people helped her realize that plaintiff’s work is her focus.
Allyson is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, camping, hiking, skiing, and spending time with her friends and family.
