Alyson J. Markovich is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Development & Finance and Hospitality Practices. Alyson focuses her practice on the representation of clients engaged in the acquisition, development, disposition and financing of commercial real estate, specializing in the hospitality and lodging industry. Alyson’s practice also includes representing lending institutions in SBA guaranteed loans and small business lending including 7(a) and 504 loans as well as representing clients in obtaining CMBS financing, construction financing, bridge loans, mezzanine loans and private equity investments. Moreover, Alyson has experience handling large multi asset transactions and complex financing structures.
In addition to the hospitality and lodging industry, Alyson counsels business clients engaged in refinance, acquisition, development, leasing and management of commercial properties including franchises, gas stations, office buildings, shopping centers, self-storage facilities, industrial facilities and restaurants. Alyson also has experience representing lending institutions in conventional and government guaranteed lending.
Alyson graduated from Georgia State University School of Law. Before attending law school, Alyson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication from the University of Florida where she graduated Magna cum laude. Prior to joining MMM, Alyson worked as a senior associate at KPPB Law in Atlanta, Georgia where she represented hotel owners and lending institutions in real estate and asset based loan transactions.
