Aman Bindra and his team assist clients with all real estate, banking, and corporate matters, including the purchase and sale of real estate and businesses, borrowing and lending, land development and construction, and leasing.

Aman regularly advises on and prepares agreements relating to land, asset, and share purchases, financings, construction projects, leasing, incorporations, partnerships, corporate reorganizations, and more.

Aman grew up in Richmond, BC, and received both his undergraduate (Bachelor of Commerce) and law (Juris Doctor) degrees from the University of British Columbia. Prior to joining Kane Shannon Weiler LLP, Aman practiced law in downtown Vancouver with a large international law firm, where he gained extensive experience acting for large companies, funds, and high net worth clients across Canada.

Aman is also an instructor of real estate and mortgage law at the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business, and enjoys dedicating time to educate the public and business community. Aman is currently involved with the Banking and Real Estate sections of the Canadian Bar Association, and he is currently a Director of the South Asian Bar Association.

Aman is a former varsity athlete and enjoys playing and coaching numerous sports, including basketball, hockey, swimming, and running.
