Aman Kahlon represents owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in his construction and government contracts practice. His litigation experience covers a wide variety of disputes, including substantial experience in power and energy matters. He advises clients on delay, interference, defective design and negligence claims.
Aman also devotes a significant portion of his practice to contract review, drafting and negotiation; contract and claims administration; and lien and bond law issues.
Additionally, Aman has substantial compliance experience in consumer financial services. He has assisted in the development of audit testing programs and foreclosure policies and procedures for several clients. He also regularly participates in the auditing and remediation of clients' foreclosure practices.
Outside of his construction and financial services practices, Aman enjoys volunteering his time for indigent clients and those in need. Some of his pro bono matters include litigating a prison abuse civil rights matter, representing an immigrant in her withholding from deportation and asylum proceedings, and assisting several service members in family law matters through the ABA Military Pro Bono Project.
