Amy Rogers

Amy has a vested interest in helping her clients. She recognizes the importance of understanding each individual client’s story before analyzing the legal case. Part of what defines quality legal representation is trust, and hearing the concerns of the individual client is where the process of building trust starts for Amy. Her empathy and desire to provide exceptional representation, particularly when the odds are stacked against an individual, defines her work. Amy’s drive is personal, too. Her experience with a sibling’s traumatic brain injury, resulting from an auto crash, is a significant part of what motivates her as an attorney. In fact, she joined the team at Ogborn Mihm LLP specifically to be part of a firm that is dedicated to helping people with traumatic injuries. Amy specializes in working with individuals who have suffered traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic injuries. Her practice is focused on personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. Amy fights with absolute resolve to achieve the greatest possible resolution for every client.

While studying at WVU, she earned a coveted spot on both the moot court National Team and the Jessup International Law moot court team. Amy also competed in the annual WVU Lugar trial competition, where she earned first place. Her accomplishments exemplify Amy’s dedication to her clients as a practicing attorney.

Amy earned her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law, where she graduated with honors. Amy’s various academic distinctions include Order of the Barristers, a CALI award in Pre-Trial Litigation, and Pro Bono recognition.

Amy Rogers is licensed to practice in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyer Association, and the Women’s Trial Lawyers Network. She is currently serving her second term on the Young Professionals Advisory Board for the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. In her free time, she values spending time with her family and friends, traveling, hiking the Rocky Mountains, and exploring all that vibrant Denver has to offer.
