André Nunes Conti

André Nunes Conti is a lawyer specialized in corporate law and M&A transactions. In addition to having participated in several court and arbitration proceedings on these matters, he has published a number of books and articles on corporate law and M&A, including a well-known book on Representations and Warranties under Brazilian law, co-authored with Professor Marcelo von Adamek. André has a background in Brazilian, French and German law and also assists clients operating on the border between Brazilian and German law.
