Andreas Imping

Andreas Imping is a partner in the employment practice of Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner in Cologne. Together with partner Sven Köhnen, Andreas Imping is the partner in the firm's employment law practice in Cologne. He moved from DLA Piper to FGvW in June 2017. Andreas Imping advises on individual and collective employment law and litigates throughout Germany. In addition, he has a wide range of experience in the employment law aspects of company acquisitions, restructuring (including reconciliation of interests and social plan negotiations) and restructuring, often with an international dimension. Andreas Imping is the author of numerous publications in the areas of labor-, sports- telecommunications- and general terms and conditions law. He speaks German and English.
