Andreas Schubert is senior associate in the employment practice of Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner in Freiburg. He advises companies on all aspects of individual and collective labor law including m&a issues and nationwide litigation proceedings. Andreas Schubert is the author of a large number of publications in the field of employment law and regularly publishes on current topics in all relevant legal journals. Andreas Schubert studied law in Freiburg and India (Jodhpur) and wrote his doctoral thesis under Prof. Manfred Löwisch on corporate co-determination. He speaks German and English.
