Anne-Marie Pecoraro

Founding partner of ATURQUOISE Law Firm, Anne-Marie Pecoraro joined UGGC Avocats in 2020. She is an intellectual property, new technologies and entertainment law expert, specializing in advertising, literary and artistic property and trademark law. She is also known for her legal knowledge in designs and unfair competition (at a national and international scale).

She has built an expertise in service contracts preparation and negotiation and regularly assists her clients during litigation cases (notably IP/IT infringement proceedings). Anne-Marie Pecoraro has acquired valuable expertise in strategic communication, from privacy right protection to crisis communication and is specialized in coordinating lobbying campaigns at both national and European levels. • She is an active lawyer as part of the American Bar Association: she regularly attends the different ABA conferences and participates as a speaker on different panels. For instance, recently she was a speaker at one of the ABA conferences on a topic relating to unions recourse to social media for communication purposes: challenges and limits. She is also involved in the international chapter of the ABA, and she is a Vice Chair member of the recruiting committee of the Paris City Chapter of the American Bar Association.
• Anne-Marie Pecoraro frequently writes articles published in renowned magazines and guides such as the IAEL guide book, Media Law International, Les Petites Affiches. Languages French, English, Italian Member Anne-Marie Pecoraro has participated in a worldwide technologies and entertainment working group and chaired an Intellectual Property working group. Member of the IAEL (International Association of Entertainment Lawyers), APRAM (trademark law association), AFPIDA-ALAI (International literary and artistic association), ACEECCA (consultancy association for the audio-visual sector) and the American Bar Association, she actively participates each year, in major international trade shows (notably the Midem, during which she has co-chaired the Digital Legal Workshop for several consecutive years) and major events such as the Cannes Film Festival, the American Film Market and the sxsw.com Festival in Austin.
