Family lawyer

As a general practitioner and business lawyer for 10 years, I finally chose to specialise in family law, a field which combines technicality, law and human values.

My practice is focused on the amicable resolution of conflicts and disputes through reasoned negotiation, mediation, the collaborative process and the participatory procedure.

I hold the Certificate of Specialisation in Family, Personal and Estate Law from the Conseil National des Barreaux.

Mediator

I am a qualified mediator and have been practising for 13 years: in family and civil matters (compensation from insurance companies or insurers following an assault or an accident, conflicts between partners). Also in judicial or conventional mediation. I can also offer mediation between parents and teenagers who have broken off their relationship, or between parents in the event of the illicit removal of children.

Amicable Listener for children and teenagers

Pacifying family conflicts requires listening to the children: their opinion is important and it is their right. I have therefore, with a research team, devised a profession of Amicable Child and Youth Auditor, which I practice. I am co-director of the University Diploma in Child Auditors at the Faculty of Law in LILLE.

Researcher and trainer

Committed to the promotion of alternative dispute resolution, I train lawyers and mediators, and participate in research work with the Institute of Family Law, Individuals and their Assets. I teach at the Ecole des avocats de PARIS, at the Faculté Libre de Droit de Lille, and at the DU (University degree) Santé sexuelle et Droits Humains de la Faculté PARIS-DIDEROT in partership with UNESCO.

My law firm EREINE is specialised in amicable resolution of family conflicts. My lawfirm employs two lawyers working with me as a team.
