Annette Lambert represents a variety of clients, including power and energy companies, real property and commercial and industrial developers, chartered banks, institutional and private lenders, and a number of other commercial and industrial participants.

Annette advises on a broad range of commercial real property matters, including financing, acquisitions and divestitures, project and infrastructure development, and industrial and commercial leasing.
