Ben is a member of the Ontario and British Columbia Bars. He holds a JD and LLM degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. He is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Civil Litigation and holds a Fellow designation with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
