Bradley Ashkin

Brad Ashkin is a partner in the Corporate Group whose broad transactional practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities and complex commercial arrangements. He regularly acts for Canadian and international clients with interests in oil and gas, agribusiness, finance and infrastructure. Brad has acted on acquisitions and dispositions of public companies, and for buyers and sellers of private businesses and individual assets. He also acts for sponsors and management teams on the entire life cycle of private equity investments, including significant experience with the formation and funding of startup enterprises in various sectors.
