Brad advises on family and closely held business issues that range from the routine to the complex, including creation, financing, acquisitions, buy/sell arrangements, negotiation of contracts and joint ventures, sale of assets and stock and succession planning. In addition, he helps clients plan the distribution of their assets in a variety of areas beyond the typical trusts and wills, counseling on the advantages of sophisticated tax and charitable planning, leveraged gifting and foreign asset protection.
Brad, who is in his second decade of practice, is dedicated to seeing the point of view of each client he serves. He is about responding efficiently to client requests and continuously simplifying sophisticated issues into practical and understandable action items. Brad is an active listener who brings discretion, solutions and an appropriate sense of humor to even the most difficult obstacles. His natural and inherent people skills allow him to address and incorporate the personal aspects of wealth and business planning into the problem-solving process.
