Attorney Brett F. Fuller is an associate at Simmons Hanly Conroy where he focuses his practice on helping victims of mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases. Located in the firm’s New York City office, Brett works with a team of attorneys to give clients a voice against corporations who prioritized profits over individuals’ health and safety.
Brett is involved in all stages of a client’s case and is dedicated to securing the best possible outcome for his clients, treating each case with care and expertise.
“Many of the clients I represent are hardworking, honest people who have been harmed through no fault of their own,” Brett said. “I take great pride in giving them a voice in the courtroom and securing the justice they deserve.”
Brett previously worked as an associate at a New York City law firm, where he managed more than 400 cases and defended more than 50 depositions. He also has experience writing and arguing motions, negotiating settlements and arbitrating bankruptcy claims. His attorney internship was at the Bladen County District Attorney’s Office in North Carolina.
Graduating from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Dedman School of Law with his J.D degree in 2015, Brett served as chief counsel for the SMU Civil Clinic. In this position, he focused on providing legal representation to the underprivileged community and secured several successful judgements for his clients. In 2009, he graduated with his B.A. degree in history from Kenyon College. He became a member of the New York State Bar in 2016.
