Brian Richard Lenker represents lending institutions and businesses across a broad range of corporate and commercial finance transactions. A member of the Firm’s Executive Committee, Brian is a highly experienced business lawyer with a deep knowledge of banking, corporate, and tax laws. Brian focuses his practice on commercial lending, acquisitions, sales, reorganizations of businesses, and real estate law.
Representing banks, commercial real estate clients, and business entities ranging from start-ups to well established private corporations to health care companies to large supermarket chains, Brian applies his extensive knowledge of structured finance and asset-based lending to help his clients assess their risks and meet their capital needs. He also serves as outside counsel to a number of companies across these industries, acting as a trusted advisor in helping clients grow their businesses.
Brian consistently identifies the most effective solutions for his clients, considering their challenges and objectives. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting specialty contracts, vendor buying agreements, master service agreements, and technology agreements.
Brian is known for skillfully handling matters ranging from the straightforward to the complex, helping his clients secure the capital they need to expand their enterprises and seize business opportunities.
