Jade focuses her practice on data privacy, cyber security prevention and response, and construction in various sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, corporate, technology, public and non-profit. She provides strategic privacy and cyber-preparedness compliance advice and defends, counsels, and represents companies on privacy, global data security compliance, data breaches, and investigations. She advises companies on best practices in privacy, cybersecurity, data, mobile, cloud storage, Ad Tech privacy, Internet of Things, and other areas of regulatory compliance. She also leads companies in legal and security assessments of data security and compliance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, CMIA, HIPAA, VPPA, COPPA, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, to name a few. This emerging field of privacy changes every day with amendments globally, including the current state-by-state changes in the US.

Jade began her legal career in business litigation and bankruptcy, advancing swiftly to complex Ch. 11 re-organizations and business disputes. Her experience as a business owner and operations executive gave her the aptitude for business operations, efficiency, and monetizing passive income for adequate debt service. Jade then moved in-house to advise numerous healthcare stakeholders and became adept at navigating unique nuances of healthcare administration and governmental compliance in conjunction with building and sustaining profitable private healthcare businesses. She developed strategies to supervise various companies and their respective portfolios that reduced cost and administrative burden, increased productivity, and eliminated waste. As Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel, she also routinely handled cyber-security HIPAA and OSHA breach prevention, response, and threat reduction. She then served large, medium, and small corporations in several industries' commercial and business litigation matters. Before practicing law, she served as an operations officer for a commercial construction and development company and managed a real estate business as a licensed Realtor.
