Cara Cameron

Cara Cameron is a partner in the Litigation practice. She has particular expertise with commercial and corporate litigation that involves shareholders rights’ disputes, white-collar investigations and defence, commercial fraud and recovery actions (including Anton Piller and asset freezing orders), as well as with multi-jurisdictional enforcement and liquidation proceedings. She has represented clients at both trial and appellate levels, including at the Supreme Court of Canada.
