Since 1979, Carlos M. Sesma specializes in the area of Communications and, subsequently, in Telecommunications, providing advisory services to more than 100 radio stations, 15 open, analogic and digital television stations located in various cities of the Mexican Republic and abroad; of various Telecommunication Public Networks for the rendering of restricted television systems; telephone; satellite data transmission, public telephone utilities; marketers; IP systems; programmers specializing in television contents; copyrights, patents and trademarks, data protection, press, etc.
He has been involved in various negotiations of interconnection agreements and similar documents since the opening of the telecommunications sector to private enterprises. He has been actively involved in various actions and economic competition investigations related to telecommunication matters.
Likewise, he has participated in various groups for analyzing and modifying laws and regulation drafts and other applicable provisions related to the telecommunications and radiobroadcasting sector.
He has participated in various forum presenting lectures related to telecommunications and radiobroadcasting.

- Active member of the National Chamber of the Radio and Television Industry, holding the position of Member of the Board for the 1998-2000, 2000-2003 and 2007-2009 terms. He has also held the position of Auditor of the Board of Directors for the 2003-2005 term.
