Carolina Klimas

A lawyer since 2017, Carolina began her career at MLS Legal in 2016, first as a student, as an intern at the Bar, then as a lawyer, and is now back with the team after having worked for a major artists' association and a well-known Montreal boutique firm in the entertainment industry.

Carolina is involved in complex copyright and trademark litigation. The skills acquired in this capacity, and her growing knowledge of the reality of MLS Legal's clients, make her a collaborator of choice for clients and colleagues.

Carolina participates in all types of MLS Legal files, touching on several sectors of our economy. She has solid experience in the film and television, entertainment and music sectors, and in labor relations in these sectors. She is a fervent lover of art from here and elsewhere, which makes her very enthusiastic in her work related to the cultural industry.

Carolina is also actively involved in the firm's trademark agency services. She regularly collaborates with several major international firms.

Carolina is a member of the Association of Lawyers for the Advancement of Artistic Life (AJAVA) and a member of the Board of Directors of the International Literary and Artistic Association Canada (ALAI Canada), the Board of Directors of the Centre des musiciens du monde and the Board of Directors of Travelling.
