Catherine Wilkinson

Catherine leads our national Workplace Group. She advises businesses on issues relating to employment and safety in the workplace. Because she understands the industries she works with so well, she is able to anticipate and quickly come up with effective solutions for CEOs, Managing Directors, HR executives, safety professionals and in-house counsel.

What she does

Catherine advises on work health and safety, discrimination, unfair dismissal, bullying, grievance procedures, sexual harassment, managing workers and contractual issues. She also represents clients before federal and state courts and tribunals and advises on internal accident investigations, coronial inquests and WorkCover prosecutions.
