Chuck Boehrer concentrates his practice in the representation of borrowers and leading commercial and investment banks in leveraged finance transactions. His extensive experience includes acting as lead bank counsel, as well as borrower’s counsel, for the structuring of credit facilities, including: complex international lending transactions; acquisition and going-private transactions; refinancings and repricings; and restructuring and workout transactions. Chuck has represented lenders and borrowers in a variety of credit structures, including second lien and subordinated credits.
