Charles’ passion for personal injury advocacy is rooted in his devotion to service. It’s what motivates him to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. In 2015, Charles joined Oatley Vigmond as an articling student and was hired as an associate after being called to the bar. Charles was invited to the partnership in 2025.
Charles maintains a broad personal injury practice in the areas of car accident claims, accident benefits, medical malpractice and Occupiers’ Liability claims. He has been recognized as Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” since 2023. Charles currently sits on the board of COPE Service Dogs which is a charity organization devoted to training service dogs for individuals with disabilities.
In his spare time, he enjoys staying active, watching sports and playing golf. Charles also speaks Korean.
