Christene M. Ertl

As a native Floridian and an attorney in Florida for over 20 years, I am passionate about helping clients with their business and real property legal needs. I hold the distinction of being a Florida Bar Board Certified Condominium and Planned Development Lawyer and am AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale Hubbell. I am the shareholder responsible for the Community Association and Planned Development Department at Fisher Tousey. In this role, I lead a team of dedicated professionals who assist individuals and community associations with various legal issues and disputes related to real property and business matters. My extensive experience includes guiding clients through dispute resolution, drafting and reviewing contracts and documents, forming and advising community associations, and resolving title and stormwater management issues. Additionally, I assist developers with the formation of communities, from drafting governing documents and legal opinions to resolving disputes.
