Christoph Fingerle

Christoph Fingerle is a partner in the employment practice of Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner in Freiburg and a Certified Specialist in labor law. He advises companies on all aspects of individual and collective labor law including company pension schemes. His focus is on advising employers in the drafting of employment contracts, restructurings, transfer of undertakings and mass redundancies; and in the context of pre and post transactional labor and employment issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. He speaks German and English.
