Christopher D. Ivey is co-chair of Stradling's corporate and securities law practice.

Having practiced corporate and securities law for 23 years, Mr. Ivey specializes in public and private mergers and acquisitions, transactional matters for emerging growth companies, venture capital financings, commercial finance,public offerings, private equity, corporate governance and regulation under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

He represents clients throughout their life cycle, from the early-stage through exit, assisting in transactions to facilitate growth and liquidity as well as general counseling. Mr. Ivey is highly regarded by his clients for his practical approach to the practice of law and business acumen.
