ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Actively participates with universities to promote intellectual property among students and professors; invited to teach the subject of patents at various universities to students of intellectual property programs.

More than 18 years of professional experience in industrial property consulting and litigation. Patent litigation; technical reports; expert opinions on mechanical, electrical and electronics engineering. Involved in the aerospace area of the firm, and certified by AS9100 and NADCAP.

Has been a lecturer in Mexico and abroad in events organized by different associations, universities and government agencies on industrial property rights and innovation. Has also been a speaker at several national and international intellectual property events.
