For more than four decades, Conrad Damon has provided the highest level of legal service and counseling to real estate, business, and family clients throughout Palm Beach and Martin Counties. Early in his career, he was a litigation associate attorney, and he developed knowledge and familiarity with litigation and the courts. However, he evolved into becoming a transactional attorney since his "Type A" personality skillset seemed better suited for this type of practice. Conrad represents, and has represented, a wide range of clients from families and small businesses and homeowners, to international celebrities, financial institutions, manufacturing companies, builders and developers, real estate agents, brokers, and title insurance underwriters.
He has managed the firm-owned title company, Lighthouse Title Services for many years, and has been involved in closing thousands of residential and commercial transactions. Conrad is a "fixer" and always strives to put himself in the shoes of his clients to see their matters from their perspectives and to achieve reasonable, practical and effective results.
Conrad has been involved in his community in various ways, and is a past-Chairman of the Martin County Local Planning Agency as well as the Martin County Board of Zoning Adjustment. He is also the sitting Chairman of the ARC of Martin County, Inc., a charitable organization for the benefit of persons with developmental disabilities.
Married for almost 35 years, Conrad has two grown sons: one a Florida Gator and one a Florida State Seminole, so Thanksgivings in his household have always been lively. A tree hugger and land lover, Conrad is also a perennially struggling golfer, whose greatest passion is racing sports cars on various tracks throughout the state, which he finds challenging and thrilling as well as fulfilling.
