Mark Daniel has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in complex litigation matters as well as commercial transactional advice. In particular, he represents public utilities across Texas in complex personal injury and property damage litigation matters, involving electrical contact, gas explosions, commercial negligence and transportation. He also represents utilities in the areas of condemnation and easement/right-of-way acquisition, easement disputes and damage recovery.
Mark also handles a variety of commercial litigation matters including products liability, premises liability, insurance, construction, executive retention and antitrust. His clients are involved in the public utility, oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, technology and insurance sectors. He represents corporations, businesses and individuals in both state and federal courts across Texas.
In addition to his practice in litigation, Mark also provides transactional legal services, including drafting contracts and agreements, as well as general business counseling on topics such as compliance programs, risk management and litigation management.
