Daniel Gross is an intellectual property litigation partner in Kirkland & Ellis’s Houston office. His practice involves a range of technologies including electronics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, mechanical and industrial equipment, and packaging coatings. Daniel has experience in all phases of patent litigation relating to liability and damages issues, including pleadings, claim construction, fact and expert discovery, dispositive motions, trial in federal district courts and arbitration proceedings, inter partes review proceedings at the USPTO PTAB, and appeals to the Federal Circuit.
