Daryl M. Williams

Daryl Williams is a commercial trial lawyer based in Scottsdale, Arizona and the founder of Williams Commercial Law Group LLP. For nearly five decades, he has represented businesses and individuals in complex disputes involving high financial stakes. His practice focuses on Commercial Litigation and Litigation - Real Estate, where he handles matters involving contracts, property disputes, securities issues, construction claims, antitrust allegations, unfair trade practices, and insurance bad faith.

Over the course of his career, Daryl Williams has tried more than 100 jury trials in state and federal courts. His work has included cases involving substantial claims and defenses, including litigation against major law firms and representation of companies facing significant exposure in Arizona courts. Outside of his legal practice, Daryl is a commercially licensed pilot with multi-engine and instrument ratings and more than 4,000 hours of flight time. He has volunteered with the Veterans Airlift Command, assisting with transportation for combat-wounded veterans and their families.
