Mr. Hurtado is a partner of Jáuregui y Del Valle, S.C., and specializes in international trade (including antidumping and countervailing duties regulations), customs law, antitrust, corporate law, commercial law and foreign investment regulations. Mr. Hurtado is a member of the Mexican Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the National Association of Corporate Counsel (ANADE); Chairman of the Committee of Trade and Logistics of the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico; Vice President of the Committee of Trade and Investments and Member of the Board of the Mexican Chapter of the International Chamber of Commerce and former President of the Appleseed México Foundation (2015-2018). Mr. Hurtado has been professor of Administrative Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City for 25 years.
