David Marshall

David Marshall has practiced in the area of corporate and commercial transactions since receiving his call to the Bar. Mr. Marshall’s practice has been primarily focused on real estate oriented matters for the past 15 years and has included: representing major national retailers in acquiring or leasing properties in Manitoba; acquisition, disposition and financing of multi-tenant residential properties, including portfolio divestures; land development; leasing and financing of single and multi-use commercial properties in Manitoba.
