- $100 million settlement for quadriplegic client injured in construction accident;
- $50 million jury verdict in defective water heater explosion;
- $20 million jury verdict for anesthesia error resulting in death;
- $15 million jury verdict in carbon monoxide death case;
- $5.5 million jury verdict in medical malpractice case;
- $5 million jury verdict for carbon monoxide poisoning death;
- $3 million jury verdict for family in trucking accident;
- Numerous other verdicts and confidential settlements.
David’s success in the legal field began at the University of Alabama School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude and was recognized as a Hugo Black Scholar. David competed in numerous legal advocacy competitions during law school, receiving the Reuben H. Wright award for best advocate and being selected to both the Order of the Coif as well as the Order of the Barristers. After graduation from law school, David immediately began dwork in the courtroom as a champion of the rights of those who have been unjustly injured. His successes in the courtroom was almost immediate, and he has been a part of hundreds of important cases which have served as valuable benefits to the citizens of his community and state.
